AMFOR EDUF spiral membrane elements have been used for ED coat process, which can degrease in ED coat pretreatment process, and recycle pure water for wash coated object, and recover ED paint. AMFOR Tubular Anode Cell Membrane is flushable in electro coating paint system with most types of paint. It serves as the opposing electrode and simultaneously removes a common organic acid from the paint to maintain chemical balance of fluid in ED tank.
AMFOR EDUF 4 inch diameter fiberglass wrapped element with two integral anti-telescoping devices (one each end) and one u-cup seal on paint inlet. Such as EDUF-4026, EDUF-4040, EDUF-4640, EDUF-5640 are our standard product. Also, we have 6 inch diameter full fit element, such as EDUF-5640.
